The final Trials spots for the 2026 ADCC World Championship are on the line June 21st, live on FloGrappling from Gold Coast, Australia.
This region has probably shown the greatest strides of any over the past decade, and this is the first season after the first champ to come out of the Asia & Oceanic Trials - the -55kg & absolute gold medalist Adele "Daddy" Fornarino.
There are very tough, experienced grapplers in basically every division, with people capable of genuinely contending for medals at the Worlds.

Australia has certainly led the way with grappling growth over the last decade, with athletes like Adele, Lachlan Giles, Craig Jones, and Levi-Jones Leary all among the globally elite in that time.
Other nations like Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, and China will all bring talented athletes to these trials with chances to punch their ticket to Worlds.
This is also the only opportunity for the women to qualify out of the region, because of the way the brackets are sized at Worlds. Some serious contenders like Nadia Frankland, Margot Ciccarelli, and Kanae Ikeda have all entered and can do serious damage both here and in Krakow.
All of the action will be going down in a one day tournament on June 21st, 2026, streaming live on FloGrappling from Gold Coast Australia. The event will begin at 6pm CDT.
